# HornLogistics

> Digital logistics and freight coordination platform for the Horn of Africa — the Djibouti to Ethiopia corridor. HornLogistics digitises load posting, carrier booking, e-waybills, fleet management, escrow payments, empty-leg matching, real-time GPS tracking, and multilingual (8-language) coordination across shippers, carriers, drivers, and customs brokers.

HornLogistics connects the Port of Djibouti (Doraleh Container Terminal) to Ethiopian dry ports — Semera, Dire Dawa, Modjo, Kality, Addis Ababa — through a single digital freight corridor. Shippers post containerised loads; carriers book and assign drivers; drivers receive turn-by-turn trips with electronic waybills (e-CMR) and proof-of-delivery; payments flow through escrow (30 % on pickup, 70 % on delivery) with cash, eBirr, D-Money, and Waafi mobile-money gateways. The platform is an installable, offline-capable PWA available in English, Français, العربية, አማርኛ, Soomaali, Afaan Oromoo, and ትግርኛ.
